We prefer to handle support requests by email. If you require phone support, please note that we're located in Central Europe and our normal business hours are 9:00 to 18:00 CET.

Please understand we cannot provide support for Cisco IOS®, PIX or network configuration issues and support is strictly limited to the scope of our software.

Requests on specific problems with our software or your configuration should be directed to support@telconi.com. We will usually respond within one business day. Support is available for paying customers.
